Nashville, TN (My Sportsbook) - The Tennessee Titans reached a deal with their head coach Jeff Fisher that will extend his contract through the 2006 season. Terms of the deal were not announced, but Fisher is likely to become one of the NFL's highest-paid coaches in the league. The 44-year-old Fisher, who is the second longest tenured coach in the league behind Pittsburgh coach Bill Cowher, has led the Titans to the postseason in three of the last four seasons. Since taking over the former Houston Oilers franchise in November 1994, Fisher is 80-61. Fisher began his coaching career with the Philadelphia Eagles in 1986 working with the defensive backs under Buddy Ryan.
