Anaheim, CA (My Sportsbook) - Anaheim Angels designated hitter Brad Fullmer suffered a ruptured tendon in his right knee during Thursday's game against the Seattle Mariners.

Fuller was injured in the eighth inning when he hit first base awkwardly while trying to beat out a grounder. He is expected to undergo an MRI exam on Friday and will likely need surgery that could end his season.

The veteran is hitting .306 with nine homers and 35 runs batted in this season.
