Detroit, MI (My Sportsbook) - The Detroit Tigers welcome some pop back into their lineup, activating first baseman Carlos Pena from the 15-day disabled list on Friday. Pena was placed on the DL on June 5 because of a torn muscle behind his left knee. He was batting .235 with six homers and 20 RBI in 49 games when he was shelved. The Tigers optioned shortstop Omar Infante, who was batting .213 with no homers, 20 runs scored and seven RBI in 64 games for Detroit, to Triple-A Toledo to make room for Pena.
