San Diego, CA (My Sportsbook) - The Cincinnati Reds recalled pitcher Aaron Harang from Triple-A Louisville in time to start during Saturday's 9-5 win over San Diego. Harang, who the Reds acquired from the Oakland A's for outfielder Jose Guillen last month, earned a win in his National League debut. He went 5 2/3 innings, giving up three runs on five hits and a walk while fanning six. The 25-year-old Harang was 1-3 with a 5.34 ERA for the A's this season. In 15 starts in his 2002 rookie season, he posted a 5-4 record with a 4.83 ERA. The Reds optioned outfielder Mark Budzinski to Louisville to make room for Harang. Budzinski was hitless in seven major league at-bats.
