=== Arizona Diamondbacks Team Report - August 11 === (My Sportsbook) - The Arizona Diamondbacks continue their push toward the NL wild card spot as they begin a three-game series versus the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park. On Sunday, Randy Johnson pitched eight innings to earn his second straight win and the Diamondbacks used seven two-out hits to post a 7-4 victory over the New York Mets in the finale of a three-game series at Bank One Ballpark. Junior Spivey had three hits, a run scored and an RBI for Arizona, which took the final two games in the set and won for the fifth time in six games. The Diamondbacks also pulled within two games of Philadelphia and Florida for the NL wild card lead. Raul Mondesi scored three runs, while Craig Counsell and Alex Cintron each drove in two. Matt Kata added two hits and two runs scored in the victory. Johnson (3-4) improved to 2-2 in five starts since coming off the disabled list. He gave up four runs -- three earned -- on 10 hits with five strikeouts and no walks. Pitching Tuesday for Arizona will be righthander Curt Schilling, who is winless in his last four starts (0-2) with his last victory coming July 17 at San Diego. Schilling's results have been unfortunate, as he's surrendered just seven runs over his last four starts. However, in that span, the Diamondbacks have scored just seven runs. In his most recent start, Wednesday against Montreal, Schilling allowed four hits and two runs in seven innings, but didn't receive a decision. Schilling is 7-7 with a 2.85 ERA in 22 career games (16 starts) against the Reds. Arizona is 27-32 on the road and has lost 11 of its last 12 games outside Bank One Ballpark.
