Tempe, AZ (My Sportsbook) - The Arizona Cardinals signed free-agent safety Oliver Celestin to a one-year contract on Thursday. Celestin played in 13 regular-season games and two playoff contests for Seattle in 2006, recording three tackles. The New Orleans native began his career as an undrafted rookie free-agent with the Cleveland Browns in 2003 out of Texas Southern. He moved on to the Vikings' practice squad, then was signed by the New York Jets in 2004, where he remained through the 2005 season. Celestin has appeared in 33 career NFL games, collecting 34 tackles and 22 special teams stops.
