Houston, TX (My Sportsbook) - The Colorado Rockies traded infielder Tony Womack to the Chicago Cubs for minor league righthander Enmanuel Ramirez and cash considerations Tuesday. To fill the roster spot, the club recalled infielder Pablo Ozuna from Triple-A Colorado Springs. This marks the second time this year that Womack has been dealt. The Arizona Diamondbacks traded Womack earlier this season to the Rockies for minor league pitcher Mike Watson. The 33-year-old Womack is hitting .224 with two homers and 20 RBI in 82 games this season after going 0-for-1 with his new team in a loss to Houston on Tuesday night. Ramirez, 23, has seen action this season at both Single-A Daytona and Double-A West Tennessee. The 28-year-old Ozuna was obtained by the Rockies on November 18, 2002 in a deal with the Florida Marlins that also brought catcher Charles Johnson and outfielder Preston Wilson to Colorado.
