Chicago, IL (My Sportsbook) - The Chicago Bulls Wednesday signed free agent guard Kendall Gill. Per club policy, terms of the contract were not released. "I'm the happiest man in the NBA right now to come back here," said Gill about returning to his hometown of Chicago. The 35-year-old Gill will be joining his sixth NBA team. He played in all 82 games for the Minnesota Timberwolves last season and averaged 8.7 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists per contest. Gill is a 13-year NBA veteran, also spending time with the then-Charlotte Hornets, Seattle, New Jersey and Miami. He was Charlotte's first-round pick (fifth overall) in the 1990 NBA Draft. In 896 career games, Gill has averaged 13.7 points, 4.2 boards and 3.2 assists per outing.
