Toronto, ON (My Sportsbook) - Washington Capitals forward Mike Grier was suspended one game without pay on Tuesday. Grier was penalized for an elbowing incident against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday. Grier was assessed a minor penalty for elbowing Robert Reichel at the 17:15 mark of the third period. The teams skated to a 2-2 tie. The 28-year-old Grier will miss Tuesday night's game at Montreal and will be able to return on Friday against Dallas. |
