=== Minnesota Wild Team Report - October 25 === (My Sportsbook) - Minnesota put an end to a five-game winless slide (0-4-1) on Friday with a narrow 4-3 win over the Florida Panthers. Alexandre Daigle netted the go-ahead goal during a three-goal second period, as the Wild came back to register the victory. Wes Walz, Richard Park and Antti Laaksonen each had a goal and an assist as Minnesota overcame an early two-goal deficit to win its fourth straight over Florida. Dwayne Roloson stopped 30 shots in the winning effort for the Wild. Minnesota won its first game since a victory over the New York Rangers almost two weeks ago. The Wild scored more than two goals for only the second time this season. They scored five goals in their only other win of the season against the Rangers. Minnesota was just 1-for-11 on the power play. The Wild return to the rink on Saturday night against the Tampa Bay Lightning. |
