Cleveland, OH (My Sportsbook) - Cleveland Cavaliers guard Dajuan Wagner underwent knee surgery on Tuesday and will be out of action for up to three months. Wagner did not participate in any of the Cavaliers' pre-season games and has not played yet in the regular season because of a right knee effusion, an injury he sustained early in training camp. After surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee on March 21, Wagner missed the final 20 games of the 2002-03 season. The 20-year-old from Camden, New Jersey averaged 13.4 points per game during his rookie season. He was the sixth overall pick in the 2002 NBA Draft by Cleveland.
