Chicago, IL (My Sportsbook) - Chicago Bulls forward Scottie Pippen returned to the court and played in Monday night's 105-97 loss against Denver. Pippen had missed the last week after he received a cortisone shot in his ailing left knee. The 38-year-old Pippen, who returned to Chicago in the off-season after having spent the past five years in Houston and Portland, scored eight points in the game on 4-of-6 shooting. Pippen came into the game averaging only 6.3 points per game. One of the NBA's 50 greatest players, Pippen signed with Chicago to help the team that he guided to six NBA Championships in the 1990's get back to the playoffs.
