Toronto, Ontario (My Sportsbook) - Toronto Raptors star guard Vince Carter and forward/center Antonio Davis missed Monday's game against Chicago due to injuries. Carter suffered a strained quadriceps tendon in his left knee in Saturday's game against Houston. Carter, who had surgery on the same knee last March, is listed as day-to-day. He had an MRI on Sunday. Test results showed no structural damage. Carter, a three-time All-Star, played through the preseason and the Raptors' first two games with no pain. He was the team's leading scorer in the first two games, averaging 18 points and three rebounds in 36 minutes. Davis suffered a sprained left rib cage in the third quarter of Saturday's game and is expected to miss one to two weeks.
