Orlando, FL (My Sportsbook) - Two teams achieving early-season success meet Tuesday when the
Sacramento Kings battle the
Orlando Magic at TD Waterhouse Centre.
The Kings are 3-1 so far this season, but are coming off their first loss of the season, an 88-78 defeat to Miami on Sunday.
Keon Clark led the way with 19 points for Sacramento. The Kings played without starters Chris Webber and Mike Bibby. Webber, who has an abdominal strain, has not played since the season opener. Bibby started the season on the injured list after foot surgery.
Sacramento's Scot Pollard missed his second consecutive game with a lower back strain. Both Pollard and Webber are questionable for Tuesday's affair.
Vlade Divac had 14 points and 10 boards for the Kings, who played the second of a four-game road trip.
Orlando rebounded from its first loss of the season by topping the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday, 100-90. Tracy McGrady poured in 47 points, as Orlando snapped an eight-game losing streak in Milwaukee.
McGrady, who was 16-of-29 from the field, including 6-of-9 from three-point range, made all nine of his free throws. He finished three points shy of his career-high of 50 set against Washington last March 8.
Pat Garrity had 13 points and a career-high 15 rebounds and Mike Miller totaled 15 points for Orlando, which finished 2-1 on a three-game road trip.
Grant Hill played just 10 minutes and had just two points for the Magic. Hill was held out of the second half as a precaution because the team wants him to play just 25 to 30 minutes a night as he recovers from a sore left ankle. He is questionable for Tuesday's game.
The Magic and Kings split both meetings last season, with the home team winning each contest. Sacramento has won five of the last six matchups overall, and has also taken three of the last five tilts at Orlando.
The Magic open a four-game homestand Tuesday.
