Roman Cechmanek made 17 saves for his fourth shutout of the season, as the Kings swept the home-and-home series. LA beat the Stars, 2-1, on Sunday night in Dallas. Marty Turco stopped 20 shots in the losing effort for Dallas, which has just one win in its last eight road tilts (1-6-1). Dallas' Mike Modano returned to the lineup after leaving Sunday's game against the Kings with an eye contusion and a nose laceration. The Stars continue their swing Saturday night when they travel to San Jose to face the Sharks. |
