Montreal, QC (My Sportsbook) - Montreal Canadiens goaltender Jose Theodore left Thursday night's 5-4 home overtime victory against the Nashville Predators with a potentially serious collarbone injury. Theodore played the entire first period of the game, but allowed two goals on just four shots. He was pulled at the first intermission for Mathieu Garon, who stopped 16-of-18 shots the rest of the way. The 27-year-old Theodore was taken to a local hospital for x-rays, the results of which are pending. The 2002 Hart and Vezina Trophy winner suffered the injury during the pregame skate, when he absorbed a shot from Pierre Dagenais, and was in obvious discomfort during the first. Theodore came into the game with a 12-11-3 record, posting a 2.21 goals- against average, a .925 save percentage and four shutouts this year.
