Donyell Marshall scored 19 points and grabbed 19 rebounds for the second consecutive game for the Raptors, who have dropped five of six. Orlando led 78-71 going into the fourth quarter and took an 82-71 advantage on a Tyronn Lue jumper with 10:44 left to play. Toronto trimmed the lead to just four at 86-82 on a nifty offensive rebound and putback by Chris Bosh with 8:47 remaining. Moments earlier, Bosh made an emphatic block of an Andrew DeClercq layup attempt to send the home crowd into a frenzy. But the Magic went up by nine at 91-82 on a three-pointer by McGrady with 3:44 left to play. The Raptors pulled to within six at 95-89 on a three-pointer by Jalen Rose with 1:19 remaining, but a tip-in by Rod Strickland and a pair of free throws by Howard gave Orlando a comfortable 99-89 cushion with 36 seconds left to play. Alvin Williams collected 18 points and eight assists, Vince Carter scored 17 points, Bosh ended with 16 points and 10 boards, and Rose netted 14 points for the Raptors. Toronto shot 46 percent (39-of-85) from the floor, going 6-of-22 from beyond the arc. The Raptors turned the ball over 16 times, leading to 16 Orlando points. Toronto is off until Friday when it visits Matt Harpring and the Utah Jazz.
