=== Magic try to halt five-game losing streak ===
Boston, MA (My Sportsbook) - The Orlando Magic try to put the brakes on a five-game losing streak tonight when they visit Paul Pierce and the Boston Celtics at the FleetCenter.
Earlier this season, the Celtics edged the Magic, 94-92, at TD Waterhouse Centre.
The Magic play the final game of a four-game road trip tonight. On Tuesday, Orlando fell to the Indiana Pacers, 114-107, at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Tracy McGrady delivered 43 points, including a career-high eight three- pointers, for the Magic, who lost their fifth straight road contest. Juwan Howard delivered 19 points.
Orlando is 5-14 on the road this season.
Boston will play tonight without forward Vin Baker. The Celtics announced on Tuesday that Baker has been suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount of money for failing to comply with his treatment program.
Baker is averaging 11.6 points and 5.9 rebounds in 35 games this season. He has started 33 of the contests and is shooting 51-percent from the field.
On Monday, the Celtics lost to the Detroit Pistons, 78-68, in front of their home crowd.
Paul Pierce poured in a game-high 27 points and Ricky Davis added 10 for the Celtics, who have dropped three of their last four contests.
Boston, which shot only 29 percent from the floor in the loss, was held to a season-low in scoring, including only 30 points in the second half.
The Celtics, who have lost three straight home games, are just 8-11 as the host this season.
The home team has won seven of the last nine meetings in this series. The Celtics have won two of three and five of the last seven contests with the Magic, who have lost four straight and nine of their last 10 at Boston.
