Toronto opened the fourth quarter with a 10-0 burst, highlighted by seven points from Carter, to grab a commanding 77-62 advantage. Philadelphia did not threaten the rest of the way and fell behind by as many as 17 in the period. The 76ers are 9-7 when Iverson scores 30 or more points this season.
