=== Boston Celtics Team Report - February 5 === (My Sportsbook) - The Boston Celtics lost their fifth straight game on Wednesday, falling to the Los Angeles Clippers, 95-86, at the FleetCenter. Paul Pierce paced Boston with 22 points. Jiri Welsch netted 20 points and Ricky Davis added 13 for the Celtics, who have dropped five straight and remained winless in four games under interim head coach John Carroll. Los Angeles trailed by four points early in the fourth quarter, but went on an 18-5 burst to take a 91-82 lead with 3:43 remaining. Quentin Richardson sank a pair of three-pointers and totaled 12 points during the decisive run. Boston, which scored only 12 points in the final period, got no closer than seven the rest of the way. The Celtics have lost nine of their last 11 games. Pierce, who was named to the Eastern Conference All-Star team as a reserve on Tuesday, has scored in double digits in 49 of Boston's 50 games this season. Boston is off until Friday when it hosts the Atlanta Hawks.
