Paul Pierce poured in a game-high 35 points to pace the Celtics to the win. Ricky Davis added 20 points for the Celtics, who snapped a six-game skid. The victory, their first since January 23rd, was also the first in six tries under interim head coach John Carroll. Boston shot 52.8 percent from the field, including 9-of-19 (.474) from three- point range in the win. The Celtics forced Philadelphia into a season-high 25 turnovers. The Celtics started a crucial seven-game road trip which will take them through a good portion of February. Boston's road swing continues Monday night in Cleveland. |
