East Rutherford, NJ (My Sportsbook) - New York Giants rookie tight end Jeremy Shockey missed practice on Thursday after he aggravated his turf toe injury. His status is uncertain for Sunday's game at Minnesota. "It's sore," said Giants head coach Jim Fassel. "He was running routes in 90 percent of yesterday's practice, then he tweaked it. Then today he stepped wrong on it again and it was sore. He didn't hurt it. It's just sore." Shockey, 22 , first injured his toe in the October 6 game against the Dallas Cowboys and missed most of that contest. He sat out the October 13 game against the Atlanta Falcons, but has played the last two weeks. Shockey has caught 24 passes for 302 yards and one touchdown this season.
