Green Bay, WI (My Sportsbook) - Green Bay Packers defensive end Vonnie Holliday underwent arthroscopic surgery Thursday to have torn meniscus repaired in his right knee. He is expected to be sidelined for at least two weeks, but could miss as many as five games. "This is not a major knee surgery," said Packers head coach Mike Sherman. "It's just a scope. Vonnie's a fast healer and has proved to be that and he promised me he'll be back." Holliday was injured in Monday's 24-10 victory over Miami. It was his first game in six weeks, as he had just recovered from a torn pectoral muscle. Aaron Kampman, who started four games in place of Holliday, will likely return to that role. The Packers, on Wednesday, also re-signed defensive lineman Jared Tomich.
