Rodney Rogers stepped up for New Jersey with All-Stars Jason Kidd and Kenyon Martin out of the lineup, scoring a team-high 15 points. Lucious Harris added 12 points for the Nets, who have already clinched the No. 2 seed in the East. New Jersey coach Lawrence Frank rested Kidd and Martin for the second game of a back-to-back set. Both players returned from knee injuries Tuesday against Milwaukee and were in the lineup for Thursday's win over Orlando. Richard Jefferson and Jason Collins added 11 points apiece for the Nets, with Collins pulling down a game-high 13 rebounds. The Nets are off until Sunday when they host the Philadelphia 76ers. It will be the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two squads. The Nets are 2-1 Sixers.
