Toronto, Ontario (My Sportsbook) - Toronto Raptors star guard/forward Vince Carter will miss the next four weeks with a strained quadriceps tendon in his left knee. Dr. James Andrews confirmed that diagnosis on Thursday. Carter suffered the injury midway through the first quarter against Houston on November 2nd. Carter, who had surgery on the same knee last March, won't need surgery to repair the tendon, Raptors general manager Glen Grunwald said. A three-time All-Star, Carter averaged 12.7 points and 2.3 rebounds through three games this season for Toronto.
