Baltimore, MD (My Sportsbook) - Texas Rangers shortstop Michael Young left Saturday's 9-0 loss to the Baltimore Orioles in the fourth inning after aggravating an injury to his right ring finger. Young originally suffered the injury on July 28 when diving back to first on a pickoff attempt in a game against Seattle, but the All-Star has been playing with the injury ever since and is not expected to miss significant time, if any. Ramon Vazquez moved to shortstop, while Travis Metcalf came in to take Vazquez's spot at third.
