Denver, CO (My Sportsbook) - Pitcher Denny Neagle wants the Colorado Rockies to trade him. The lefthander is willing to waive his no-trade clause, according to the Denver Post. Neagle, 34, is owed $37.5 million during the remainder of his $51 million, five-year contract. He will make $9 million in each of the next two seasons, $10 million in 2005, and has a $12.5 million option for 2006 with a $9 million buyout. But The Post said he would consider restructuring that deal if he is sent to a desirable location. The Rockies have tried to trade Neagle for 11 months. The player twice vetoed a deal with the Detroit Tigers last season. He has stated that he would prefer playing in New York, Chicago or on the West Coast, according to the report. In two seasons with Colorado, Neagle is 17-19 with a 5.32 ERA.
