Indianapolis, IN (My Sportsbook) - Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Qadry Ismail suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee during a 35-13 rout of the Philadelphia Eagles. Ismail was injured during the third quarter of Sunday's game and is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday. According to coach Tony Dungy, a timetable for Ismail's return is unknown. Ismail could miss this week's showdown with the Dallas Cowboys. Meanwhile, defensive back Joseph Jefferson sprained his ankle on Sunday and could miss the game against the Cowboys. Jefferson has not started this season but has seen action in all nine games, primarily in nickel and dime situations and on special teams. Dungy also added that a decision on running backs Edgerrin James and Ricky Williams is not expected before Wednesday. James and Williams have missed the last two games with hamstring injuries. James is also hampered with rib cartilage damage.
