Anaheim, CA (My Sportsbook) - Anaheim relief pitcher Ben Weber didn't sustain a broken finger on his right hand, X-rays taken Thursday show. Weber was struck on the inside of the index finger on a hit by New York Yankees outfielder Raul Mondesi on Wednesday. The Angels won 8-6 in the second game of their American League Division Series at Yankee Stadium. The pitcher expects to be ready for the third game of the series, which continues Friday at Edison Field. The best-of-five series is tied 1-1. |
