Pittsburgh, PA (My Sportsbook) - Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jerome Bettis practiced Wednesday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Tennessee because of a sprained left knee. Bettis was injured in an October 21 game against Indianapolis and missed two games before returning to the active roster last week against Atlanta. He did not have a carry against the Falcons, but briefly spelled Amos Zereoue during the 34-34 tie. "He felt fine on Sunday and was able to go," said Steelers head coach Bill Cowher, "but [we] just felt best that if we did not need to use him, we did not want to. So, we will try to get this week and see how the knee responds and go from there." Zereoue finished with 123 yards on 37 carries in the overtime marathon and is expected to start against the Titans on Sunday. "He has played hard and he has been there every snap," Cowher said about Zereoue. "He has been sore the last couple of days. He is a tough guy. Amos may be small in stature, but he is big at heart. He has played well." Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala is also questionable after missing the past two games with a torn pectoral muscle. Zereoue is the Steelers' leading rusher with 496 yards on 123 carries. Bettis has 326 yards on 83 attempts and leads the Steelers with five rushing touchdowns.
