Philadelphia, PA (My Sportsbook) - The Philadelphia Eagles continued to add depth to their safety position by signing Rashad Baker to a one-year deal. Financial terms were not released. Baker is the second safety signed since fan favorite Brian Dawkins left for Denver in late February. Safety Sean Jones inked a one-year contract last week. The 5-10, 200-pound Baker joins the Eagles after two years with the Oakland Raiders. He posted 24 tackles and a career-high three interceptions for the Raiders in 2008. Baker attended Woodrow Wilson High School in nearby Camden, New Jersey, and owns 78 tackles, five interceptions and six tipped passes over his six-year NFL career, also spanning stints with New England, Minnesota and Buffalo.
