Winnipeg, MB (My Sportsbook) - The Manitoba Moose renewed their affiliation agreement with the Vancouver Canucks through the 2011-12 season, the American Hockey league club announced on Thursday. "We are pleased to once again renew our partnership with the Vancouver Canucks and look forward to continuing the development of young quality hockey players for both organizations," said Craig Heisinger, Senior Vice-President and General Manager of the Manitoba Moose. "We have enjoyed a great relationship with Manitoba over the past eight years," said Lorne Henning, Canucks Vice-President of Player Personnel and Assistant General Manager. "The Manitoba Moose have played a large part in developing a number of Canucks, including the likes of Alex Burrows and Ryan Kesler. The two organizations have worked closely to ensure our goals are one in the same and we are very proud to develop this strong relationship."
