Cleveland Cavaliers try to put an end to a five-game slide when they welcome the
San Antonio Spurs to Gund Arena.

San Antonio has dropped two straight and is coming off a 99-94 setback to the Philadelphia 76ers Thursday. An ankle injury wasn't enough to slow down Allen Iverson, who managed to score 37 points to doom the Spurs.
Tim Duncan had 29 points and 16 rebounds and Stephen Jackson added 15 points to the losing effort.
"We couldn't stop Allen," Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said. "He made some difficult shots. Hats off to him. He played a great game."
In defeat, the Spurs road record fell to 2-3.
San Antonio concludes a three-game road trip Saturday. The team began the swing with a setback in New Jersey.
The Cavs and Spurs split two meetings last season, with Cleveland snapping a four-game series losing streak by claiming the last victory. San Antonio has still won 14 of the last 17 meetings. However, the Spurs have lost three of their last four at Cleveland.
San Antonio is 1-2 against the Eastern Conference this year.
