Gainesville, FL (My Sportsbook) - Florida wide receiver Carlos Perez underwent surgery Monday on his broken right leg. The Gators lost their leading receiver for the season during Florida's 28-7 victory over the South Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday. He will begin rehabilitation in four weeks. Perez had six catches for 59 yards before leaving with the injury late in the first half. For the season, he caught 58 passes for 591 yards and four touchdowns. |
