New Orleans, LA (My Sportsbook) - New Orleans Saints tackle Victor Riley was charged on Monday for driving while intoxicated. According to Linda Kennedy, an Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office spokesperson, the 6-foot-5 Riley was charged with first-offense DWI, reckless operation and disobeying traffic control signals. Riley was signed by New Orleans in April as an unrestricted free agent. He was a first-round draft pick for the Kansas City Chiefs in 1998.
