Orchard Park, NY (My Sportsbook) - The Buffalo Bills announced that defensive end Marcus Jones was placed on injured reserve Wednesday. He is expected to undergo surgery soon to repair torn cartilage in his left knee. The Bills signed Jones on Monday as a free agent. The 6-foot-6, 278-pounder did not play this season after spending the previous six with Tampa Bay. Last year in 15 starts, Jones registered 39 tackles (18 unassisted) and three sacks for the Buccaneers. He is seventh on their all-time sack list with 24. |
