Cincinnati, OH (My Sportsbook) - Cincinnati Bengals rookie linebacker Rey Maualuga missed practice on Wednesday but is still in line to take the field on Sunday. Maualuga suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee last Sunday, but head coach Marvin Lewis stated that the USC product will play this week when the Bengals travel to Cleveland. Unlike problems with the ACL which usually require surgery, the MCL most often heals on its own. Running back Cedric Benson, who is grappling with his own knee troubles, also missed practice, as did defensive tackle Tank Johnson with a foot issue. Cornerback David Jones, who has yet to play this season after rehabbing from a foot injury, had limited participation. Jones, though, will be available to play against the Browns. Safety Roy Williams is dealing with forearm troubles and also had limited participation in Wednesday's practice.
