The Kings come in unbeaten in their last two (1-0-1) after a 2-2 tie with the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday.
Zigmund Palffy and Alexander Frolov scored for Los Angeles, which has won just once in its last five games (1-2-1-1). Felix Potvin finished with 19 saves for the Kings. Palffy's goal was the 100th of his career.
Los Angeles is 2-3-1-1 on its eight-game road trip that wraps up tonight.
The Kings are 2-1-1 in the last four matchups, but are just 4-13-5 in the last 22. LA has also not fared well in St. Louis, where the Kings are 3-7-3 in the last 13.
